Job description

Northside Imports, Inc. is a high‐volume wholesale distributor of European automotive parts. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Receiver to join our fast‐paced warehouse team. This is a full‐time position ideal for someone who is organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working in a busy distribution environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Inspect parts for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Accurately stock parts into designated locations, including overstock
  • Pick automotive parts for deliveries, UPS shipments, retail customers, and inter‐store transfers
  • Double‐check picked orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
  • Assist with truck unloads, transfers, and special stocking projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse receiving experience required; automotive parts experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking for full shifts
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or WMS
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high‐volume environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
  • Monday Through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime may be available on Saturdays
