Now Hiring: Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist – Little Rock, Arkansas

A thriving, multi-specialty dental organization is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist who is comfortable treating pediatric patients to join a busy and well-established practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking to step into an existing patient base while working alongside a strong clinical and support team.

About the Practice
The organization operates multiple modern dental practices across Arkansas and surrounding states, delivering comprehensive care that includes pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry. The Little Rock office is a well-equipped, high-volume location supported by experienced clinical staff, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Position Details
• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist comfortable treating pediatric patients
• DDS/DMD position in the Little Rock, AR office
4 days per week (schedule and hours are negotiable)
• Established patient flow – replacing a current dentist who is relocating
• Supportive team environment with strong operational infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits

Providers are compensated through percentage of collections, allowing strong earning potential once fully ramped. During the initial onboarding period, providers receive a daily guarantee for 3–6 months to ensure income stability. Orthodontists typically receive a 12-month guarantee depending on the situation.

Daily guarantee ranges during ramp-up:

Pediatric Dentist: $1,000 – $1,800 per workday
General Dentist: $700 – $1,000 per workday

Providers ultimately earn the greater of the guarantee or their collections/production compensation during the ramp-up period.
