About our Company Partner:
Eras is a modern, women-led clinic reimagining hormonal, gynecologic, and primary care for women across every era of life. • Turn over exam rooms between patients to maintain smooth clinic flow.

  • ย Complete chart preparation by opening encounter notes, beginning documentation, and
performing a secondary review of patient intake forms as needed.

  • Assist with advance chart preparation by entering intake information into clinical profiles.

  • Draw labs when needed.

  • Assist the Lead RN and providers during examinations and in-office gynecological procedures
(e.g., chaperoning, instrument handling, patient comfort, and education).

  • Support phlebotomy and specimen collection; process, handle, and route laboratory samples
    per clinic protocols.

  • Administer IM/SubQ injections per provider order and under provider supervision, consistent
with Arkansas LPN scope of practice.

  • Sterilize and maintain equipment per infection-control protocols.
    Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Review and process patient letters and correspondence for providers.

  • Manage prior authorizations for routine medications (including refills), procedures, and
    referrals.

  • Sort and integrate outside care records (from external providers, labs, or imaging) into patient
    charts.

  • Track and maintain stock of medical supplies to keep exam rooms and storage areas fully
    stocked.

Qualifications:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas, in good standing.
  • Experience in a clinical ambulatory, primary care, or women's health setting preferred.
  • Phlebotomy competency and comfort with specimen collection and processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced
    clinic day.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and basic administrative tools (Excel or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills - our team heavily emphasizes
    patient experience and customer service.
  • Willingness to grow with the clinic as service offerings and team structure evolve.
Key Certifications & Training
  • Active LPN license (Arkansas)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - required
  • Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated experience
  • Women's health or gynecology clinical experience - preferred
Details
  • Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
  • Length of Internship: 3 months - Goal is for it to role into long term
  • Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
$25 - $30 an hour
