Key Responsibilities of a CNA
As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play an essential role in our resident-centered care model. Your core daily duties include:
  • Providing comprehensive and compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • Maintaining immaculate and safe living environments for all residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Completing all required reports and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
  • Performing all duties meticulously in full accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
  • Collaborating effectively with the nursing and leadership team, executing other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Qualifications
  • Licensure/Certification: Must possess an active and current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Compliance: Must meet all state requirements for licensure/certification/registration and successfully comply with state health care worker background check requirements.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative part of a multidisciplinary Certified Nursing Assistant CNA team. Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience: Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but we warmly welcome motivated, qualified new Certified Nursing Assistant CNA applicants!
