On Call Tight End Coach Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Duties include, but not limited to, teaching student-athletes the fundamentals and mechanics of football; evaluating and recruiting potential student-athletes; organizing and conducting team practices; performing administrative and public relations duties; and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will serve as a position coach for Tight Ends.

The successful candidate will travel for both recruiting and team travel. The work schedule requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

The physical requirement for work is medium demand, including lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent carrying/lifting objects.

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance with NSU, Commonwealth of Virginia, NCAA, and MEAC rules, regulations and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have a degree in higher education - Associate and/or Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of three years of collegiate and semi-professional coaching experience.

Minimum five-ten years, playing experience on the collegiate or professional level.

Must have selected for an internship or academy in professional-level sports (NFL).

A successful criminal background check is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience or professional playing experience. Minimum three- five years of coaching at Division I level.

Experience as Offensive Coordinator/Pass Game Coordinator/ Receivers & Tight Ends Coach

Previous coaching experience in recruiting, talent scouting, and campus visits and onboarding

The Starting Salary for this position is $60,000
