Job description

Security Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate on-call security force to cover vacancies in assigned portfolio
  • Oversee and monitor the scheduling of security officers and supervisors to minimize overtime
  • Track time-off requests, emergencies, call-outs, and absences to maintain site coverage
  • Audit schedules for billing accuracy, including overtime and extra coverage reports
  • Handle administrative functions like payroll, billing data, and resolving discrepancies in WinTeam system

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and union contracts
  • Experience with payroll/dispatching software, particularly WinTeam, is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry/analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionally

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday | 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$24.00/Hour
