As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by assessing and estimating restoration projects. Our company collaborates with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Companies, requiring strict adherence to their guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Xactamate and Symbility.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work long hours when needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restoration estimating.
  • Proficiency with estimating platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TPA and Insurance Company guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work long hours and participate in the reconstruction on-call rotation. (6 week rotation)
