This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work setting, allowing LCSWs to create their own schedules without the pressure of on-call duties. Utilizing a robust telehealth platform, our therapists connect with clients in a secure and efficient manner. State-of-the-art technology ensures that documentation, client interactions, and follow-ups are streamlined, enhancing the therapist-client relationship and boosting overall productivity.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Collaborate with schools and other health care providers to create comprehensive treatment plans and refer clients for additional resources as needed.
• Incorporate data from self-assessments and progress measures into treatment planning, adjusting strategies to suit clients’ evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates smart prompts for improved workflow.

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population, including children and adults who face various challenges related to their mental health. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with clients from different backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally responsive care tailored to each individual’s unique situation.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An independent clinical social work license (LCSW) in the state of California is required.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to integrate digital tools into clinical practice.

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience providing therapy, particularly cognitive behavioral therapies, to adult clients.
• Experience working in a school setting, or with clientele in educational environments, is advantageous.
