Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work comfortably from home while serving clients across various geographical locations. Our telehealth platform offers an innovative and user-friendly experience for both clients and therapists. You will leverage advanced digital tools, including an AI-integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, designed to streamline patient interactions, facilitate timely documentation, and enhance client care through automated prompts for follow-ups and check-ins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly, synchronous video sessions, focusing on individualized care for adults coping with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety and depression.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive and coordinated treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
  • Utilize automated self-assessments and treatment metrics to monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our efficient therapist portal, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LICSW at Spring Bay Recovery Center, you will primarily serve a diverse adult population experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Therapists are expected to be empathetic and culturally competent, providing care that respects and reflects the varied experiences of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is essential; licensure in other states is a strong advantage.
  • A commitment to professional ethics and a dedication to delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care to a broad array of client populations.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to adults facing anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable, demonstrating a comfort level with technology in therapeutic settings.
  • A track record of collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000–105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
