Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and stress.
  • Collaborate with schools and other health care providers to create comprehensive treatment plans and refer clients for additional resources as needed.
  • Incorporate data from self-assessments and progress measures into treatment planning, adjusting strategies to suit clientsโ€™ evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates smart prompts for improved workflow.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population, including children and adults who face various challenges related to their mental health. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with clients from different backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally responsive care tailored to each individualโ€™s unique situation.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An independent clinical social work license (LCSW) in the state of California is required.
