On-Call Rotation & Additional Compensation:
This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Team members who are called out during their on-call shift will receive additional compensation ("spiff") for each call-out. On-call weekends rotate equally among team members to support work-life balance.
We are looking for applicants willing to upsell, and you will receive compensation for the upsells.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE:
In this Plumbing Technician - Plumber role, you'll manage your day from a fully equipped company truck, diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues to ensure high-quality work every time. You will install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances while adhering to safety and local building codes. Providing excellent customer service is crucial, along with keeping your tools and work areas organized for the next day's success.
The Qualifications:
  • 3 years of apprenticeship training
  • A strong desire to learn and grow under licensed plumbers
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
