Job description

Description:

YOUTH PASTOR/ LEADER – Part-Time (25 hours/week) // CROSSROADS CHURCH

The Youth Pastor (licensed) /Leader (unlicensed) is a dynamic, relational role for a leader with a deep passion for investing in the next generation. This role builds and sustains a thriving student ministry on their campus – cultivating a culture where students are known, discipled, and empowered to grow in their faith.

Central to this role is recruiting, developing, and caring for volunteer leaders who walk alongside students in authentic relationships. The Youth Pastor/Leader takes full ownership of Wednesday night programming while actively engaging students, volunteers, and families beyond the church walls – and building intentional partnerships with local schools and community organizations.

As a contributing member of both the campus and central CR Youth teams, this role requires strong leadership, a shepherd's heart, and a conviction that the next generation is worth every investment.
