Serenity Hospice - Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, York and Cumberland county Pennsylvania
Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who values patient-centered care and providing comfort and support to patients and families during end-of-life care.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
  • Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
  • Position Type: On-Call Hospice RN

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-call nursing support to hospice patients and families
  • Respond to patient needs, symptom management, and urgent care requests
  • Perform patient assessments and implement care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and caregivers
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care and emotional support to patients and families
