Now Hiring: On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Serenity Hospice – Pittsburgh Area | Serving Westmoreland & Allegheny Counties

Serenity Hospice is excited to expand our team at our newer Pittsburgh-area office! We are seeking a compassionate On-Call Hospice RN to serve patients and families throughout Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties, including Murrysville, Monroeville, and McKeesport.

This position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, providing excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful difference for patients and families during critical times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to after-hours and on-call needs for hospice patients
  • Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and urgent interventions
  • Support and educate patients and families
  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice or home health preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care
