Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become part of our rural healthcare team in Rensselaer, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to join a flourishing practice that emphasizes a supportive atmosphere and provides excellent mentorship.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal abilities who is eager to forge strong connections within the community and establish enduring relationships with patients. The physician will collaborate effectively to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Flexible full-time schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts

  • Average outpatient load of 20-22 patients daily

  • On-call responsibilities

  • Telehealth services available

  • Common Diagnoses Include:

    • Wellness visits for children and adults

    • Back pain management

    • Endocrinology concerns

    • Hypertension treatment

    • Heart failure management

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED:

Our practice is situated in the charming town of Rensselaer, Indiana, just 1.5 hours northwest of Indianapolis. The area boasts a blend of rural and suburban characteristics, offering a warm community atmosphere and a reasonable cost of living, along with excellent educational options, both public and private.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Doctorate degree required

  • Physician License (DR) required upon hire

  • Board Certification in the relevant specialty (or eligibility) required upon hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel is rarely required.
