Job description

Position Title: Branch Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations

Supervises: Area Managers, Coverage and Training Specialists, Site Supervisors and/or Frontline employees

Basic Function: Be a direct extension of the executive leadership/ownership by loving people well, serving clients with excellence, and managing processes, profitability and overall branch success.

Major Responsibilities

  • Team
    • Love People; the number one priority of leaders in our organization.
    • Recruit, train and direct Area Managers, Coverage and Training Specialists, Site Supervisors and Frontline Employees as needed.
    • Maintain a well-staffed team by using our proven process and your experience.
    • Conduct employee reviews with direct reports, and others as needed.
    • Maintain composure during times of chaos; be the steady leader that the team needs.
    • Work whatever hours necessary to perform all duties required to make the team and the branch successful.
  • Time
    • Schedule new and existing jobs and assign them to members of the team.
    • Monitor Budget vs Actual time reports to ensure compliance and branch profitability.
    • Use our proven process, best practices and industry standards ensure that all jobs are operating at peak efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Respond to and maintain daily and weekly reporting accounting for time, job completion, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
    • Attend leadership meetings held weekly accounting for task completion, metrics, goals tracking, and group issue resolution.
  • Tech
    • Manage CleanSmarts time management and branch operations software
    • Conduct quality inspections
    • Monitor and manage the branch issue resolution system
    • Monitor digital checklist completion
    • Monitor hiring platform
  • Train
    • Ensure that new team members are trained using our proven process, and that they are equipped with all the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful in their role.
    • Coach existing team members and branch leadership in efficiency, cleaning methods, personality conflicts, etc.
    • Be an extension of our ownership team; love people well, give grace, and hold accountability.
