Job Description
Representative Duties/Assignments :
  • Schedules, coordinates, and confirms availability of all Full Time, Part Time and On-Call Event Utilities staff to meet event requirements.
  • Maintains staff roster with contact information and cumulative hours of availability.
  • Prepares daily scheduling rosters for Event Utilities both the West Building and N/S Building.
  • Reviews of the daily fact sheet, show-related correspondence and event manifests to be able to effectively address concerns presented by staff.
  • Establishes relationships and works effectively with internal and external department representatives.
  • Meets the Center of Hospitality (COH) standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications :
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years of responsible administrative or customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
