Job description

About Us
Interchange Rx, LLC dba PDC Rx is a boutique pharmacy benefits management company based in Tulsa, OK. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to deliver exceptional, personalized service that drives client satisfaction, long-term growth, and meaningful partnerships.

At PDC Rx, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all service. We go beyond transactions to build real relationships—because to us, it’s never just business, it’s always personal. That mindset is at the heart of everything we do and a big reason our clients trust us.

What It’s Like to Work Here
We know that great service starts with a great team. That’s why we’ve created an environment where you feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed:

  • Modern, comfortable office setting
  • Complimentary food and beverages in the office
  • $40 monthly cell phone reimbursement after 90 days
  • A genuinely collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Health and wellness initiatives designed with you in mind

This is a place where your work matters—and where your team has your back.

Join Our Team
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll partner with pharmacies and hospices to provide customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Every interaction—whether by phone, email, chat, or fax—is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems while staying organized and detail-oriented, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Follow department policies and procedures with consistency
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers
  • Accurately enter data while multitasking and managing priorities
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, email, chat, and fax
  • Troubleshoot pharmacy issues, including medication rejections and prior authorizations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Schedule & Availability
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (first 6 weeks)
  • Post-training schedule may vary based on business needs
  • Overtime may be required as needed
  • Participation in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • We support clients 24/7/365, including after-hours emergency admit calls

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of medications is a plus
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain accurate and composed in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Details
  • $16.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience
  • $18.50 starting pay for candidates with an active Pharmacy Technician certification
  • Additional pay for on-call and after-hours weekend coverage (after training)
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Background check required

Why PDC Rx?
If you’re looking for more than just a job—if you want to be part of a team where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference—you’ll find that here at PDC Rx.
