Our Customer Service Representatives work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

This role plays a vital part in our administrative and customer satisfaction activities by providing professional support to clients and maintaining accurate, up-to-date files. You'll need to be highly accurate and organized as well as able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. You will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to questions, and resolve any concerns
  • Accurately process purchase orders, invoices, drop shipments, and expedited orders
  • Keep track of upcoming due dates and follow up on orders to ensure they're processed on time
  • Record daily sales orders and assist outside sales reps as needed
  • Learn all about our operational procedures and business components
  • Identify areas for growth and help continually improve operational processes to support efficiency, productivity, and quality
