A Green Bay area machinery manufacturer is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders and requests, and maintaining a positive attitude. A qualified Customer Service Representative will have prior customer service experience, be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Outlook, and have strong communication skills.

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

  • Pay is $20.00/hour
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Evaluation-to-hire, meaning the company is looking for a long-term fit!

What you will be doing:

  • Communicating with customers through phone and email regarding orders
