As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while working in a boutique hotel known for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Create visually appealing plate presentations
  • Execute pasta dishes, scratch cooking, broiling, seafood, and sauce making
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and food quality
  • Adhere to portion control and a la carte cooking techniques

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Experience with pastry making, dietary restrictions, and special diets
  • Proficiency in sautéing, knife skills, and back of house operations
