Connoisseur Media's 102.9 (KBLX) is searching for a talented, dynamic, and creative On-Air Personality to join our team. We're looking for someone who brings personality, authenticity, warmth, and energy to every break. The ideal candidate understands the power of great storytelling, knows how to create memorable moments, and can craft hooks and teases that keep listeners engaged. This person thrives both on-air and in the community, building meaningful connections with listeners, clients, artists, and partners.

What You'll Do:
  • On-Air amp; Content Creation
  • Host a compelling, entertaining, and listener-focused on-air show that reflects the station's brand and personality.

  • Develop strong hooks, teases, and storytelling moments that drive listening occasions.
  • Interact with listeners through phone calls, contests, social media, and station events.
  • Produce creative digital, social, and video content that extends the station's brand beyond the airwaves.
  • Voice-track shifts as needed and contribute content across multiple platforms.
  • Community amp; Station Engagement
  • Represent 102.9 at station appearances, remotes, concerts, community events, and client functions.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for our station in the Bay Area

What We're Looking For:
  • Prior on-air radio experience required, preferably in a multicultural format
  • Must be an AFTRA member or be willing to join AFTRA

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
