Physician - Family Medicine Primary Care, Port Angeles, 1.0 FTE, Days, On Call
JOB SUMMARY:
Olympic Medical Physicians Primary Care Clinics are located in Port Angeles and Sequim, on Washington States beautiful North Olympic Peninsula. OMP Primary Care Clinics seek team-oriented Family Medicine Physicians to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation and care to patients presenting with general medical problems, chronic medical conditions, and preventative care needs. Highlights of the practice include:

--Lifestyle-balancing 4-day work week with rotating telephone-only call

--Industry-leading support staff ratios, including robust RN support, Care Navigators and integrated Behavioral Health

--Ready access to local consultants as part of a large multispecialty group

--Integrated electronical healthcare record system (EPIC) with local and regional hospital systems

The successful Family Medicine Physician at OMP Primary Care is focused on providing excellent person-centered care to rural patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 

Experience
Completion of family medicine residency. 
Licensure/Credentials
Board certified or active participant in the examination process leading to certification in Family Medicine and area of sub-specialty (if any). Recertifies at appropriate intervals per specialty board requirements. Maintains an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington. Maintains current DEA registration. Maintains current BLS certification. Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff. Maintains current DEA registration.
