Role Summary

This role focuses on integrating OMP Unison Planning with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, WMS, and MES to enable smooth, two-way data exchange. It combines technical integration, data mapping, system configuration, testing, and production support with strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain OMP integration workflows, including inbound/outbound interfaces, mapping tables, and transformation logic.
  • Design and support SAP-OMP integrations using BAPI/RFC, REST, SOAP, XML, and middleware such as SAP CPI / PI-PO.
  • Manage master data mappings, OMP data entities, and alignment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
  • Validate, test, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows between OMP and ERP systems.
  • Support the full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, testing (FUT, SIT, UAT), cutover, go-live, hypercare, and bug fixing.
  • Maintain documentation, reusable templates, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor system health, resolve incidents, manage support tickets, and perform root cause corrective actions (RCCA).
  • Configure OMP technical components such as ADC, Dispatcher, Profile Manager, batch jobs, UTL layer jobs, and multi-user profiles.
  • Collaborate with IT, supply chain teams, and project managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Deliver training and handover documentation to end users and support teams.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, especially PP and MM modules.
  • Knowledge of OMP Integrator, OMP Namespace for SAP, Generic/Local Data Models, and OPAL scripting.
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, ETL, SQL, and integration scripting.
  • Functional understanding of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), including DRP, MPS, MRP, DPS/DS, demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis, create design documents, and translate business requirements into integration solutions.
