Omnium Protection Group is one of Boston's leading security companies whose dedication to our clients' safety is at the center of our core values. Our Security Associates are intelligent, dedicated, loyal, detail-oriented, customer service-driven professionals. We currently have openings for experienced Full Time Armed, Security Associates in the Greater Boston area. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.
  • Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.
  • Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
  • Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.
  • Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Must be able to pass pistol qualification.
  • Must currently possess a valid unrestricted Massachusetts License to Carry.
  • Must own several dark-colored suits.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.
  • Must be able to pass screening process, including drug testing and extensive background investigation.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years documented and verifiable experience in law enforcement, military, corrections or the private security sector.
  • Must be able to work with children and young adults.
  • Ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and de-escalate potentially hostile situations
  • Must be flexible regarding the schedule and work environments
  • Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude and possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to work independently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to sit/stand for long durations.
  • Ability to climb and descend stairways.
  • Be able to respond to requests quickly and professionally for assistance.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • Pay range from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
