Omni\-Channel Customer Engagement Strategists are responsible for developing Omni\-channel OR digital health strategies for Health brands. They also provide counsel on the measurement and optimization of digital programs. Key responsibilities include:<\/span>

  • Conduct digital landscape assessments<\/span>

  • Develop customer journeys<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create data\-driven customer profiles<\/span>

  • Create integrated multi\-channel strategies targeting patients, providers and payers<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create digital strategies<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create points\-of\-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels<\/span>

  • Develop measurement plans and integrated reports<\/span>

        The ideal consultants will be passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. They will be strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi\-channel engagement in Healthcare. They will be thought leaders with a strong service orientation, capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward.<\/span><\/span>

        • Established an independent consulting practice<\/span>

        • Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm or client<\/span>

        • Track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi\-channel engagement in Health OR planning digital health solutions<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience working with cross\-channel data and analytical tools<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong understanding of strategic marketing process<\/span>

        • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.<\/span>
