Job description

Olympus Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in identity, credential, and access management for federal agencies. We are building a team to support a federal law enforcement customer's enterprise identity governance program in Washington, DC.

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint SME to serve as the technical owner and architect of an on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment supporting a nationwide user population.

What You Will Do

ย ย ย ย  Own the architecture, performance, and code health of an on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.

ย ย ย ย  Design and govern workflows for internal and external account lifecycle management.

ย ย ย ย  Configure and extend connectors, including the SailPoint Okta connector and SailPoint-to-SailPoint MasterAPI integration.

ย ย ย ย  Design and run privileged and unprivileged access certification campaigns with custom routing logic.

ย ย ย ย  Build and maintain AWS Lambda automation supporting identity operations.

ย ย ย ย  Own the code review gate and SDLC governance for the core codebase.

ย ย ย ย  Lead and mentor a team of junior SailPoint engineers.

ย ย ย ย  Advise government program leadership on architecture strategy and platform roadmap.

What You Need

ย ย ย ย  At least 6 years developing code for and maintaining on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ installations. SaaS-only experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud) does not meet this requirement.

ย ย ย ย  Hands-on IIQ development: BeanShell and Java rules, workflows, forms, custom connectors, task definitions.

ย ย ย ย  Experience with connector architecture, aggregation and correlation troubleshooting, and IIQ performance tuning.

ย ย ย ย  Experience designing certification campaigns with custom certifier routing.

ย ย ย ย  AWS Lambda scripting.

ย ย ย ย  Experience mentoring junior engineers and setting code review standards.

ย ย ย ย  U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and a favorably adjudicated federal public trust investigation.

ย ย ย ย  Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern.

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect, prior federal identity governance work, GitLab CI/CD for IIQ code promotion, PowerShell for Microsoft 365 lifecycle operations, and Splunk.
