About Us

iHomeCare Solutions provides high-quality, person-centered care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Allegheny County. Our OLTL Home Care team is expanding, and were ready to level up our marketing so more families can access safe, reliable, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase OLTL client enrollment
  • Manage social media content, posting schedule, and digital presence
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, videos, ads, community outreach content) aligned with iHomeCare branding
  • Coordinate community events, outreach efforts, and partnership building
  • Track marketing performance, leads, and conversion metrics
  • Assist with website updates and digital campaigns
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Support the CEO and Operations Manager with special marketing projects

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills
  • Ability to create clean, modern, branded marketing materials
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools
