The Oliver Hotel, a boutique property in the heart of Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Server to deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Oliver Hospitality is a Nashville-based hotel and restaurant management company founded on the idea that old and new properties alike could be reworked into engaging and thoughtful spaces. Oliver Hospitality aligns its mindset to deliver unique experiences at each of its concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area
