Key Technical Skills amp; Requirements
  • Mastery of classic recipe proportions, bar tool use, and draft system use and basic maintenance.
  • Ability to batch, prep, and manage service bar mise en place for a 150-seat dining room.
  • POS fluency (Toast experience a bonus) and money-handling accuracy.
  • Commitment to safe and responsible alcohol service.
  • Requires prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering throughout bar and service areas.
    Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings with varying temperatures and stress levels.
    Heavy customer interaction and problem-solving required.
    Availability on nights and weekends is essential.
