The Urology Group (TUG)—a premier, physician‐led practice and proud member of Urology Alliance—is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing outpatient surgery team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice with autonomy, stability, and the support of one of the nation’s leading urology networks. 


Position Overview

As a CRNA with The Urology Group, you will provide safe, high‐quality anesthesia care in a modern, fast‐paced outpatient surgical environment. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff while enjoying a strong work‐life balance and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of airway management and anesthesia delivery
  • Manage patient emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid administration
  • Monitor vital functions and respond promptly to adverse reactions
  • Ensure timely termination of anesthesia to support smooth recovery
  • Support overall surgical operations and perform additional duties as needed
