Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier that provides innovative solutions for Digital Transformations across various domains. They are seeking a talented Okta Engineer to build and maintain identity and access management services, focusing on onboarding models, integration, and user provisioning.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain Okta Identity Management and Access solutions focusing on HRaaM onboarding models and LCM/Workflows modules.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and User Provisioning across various platforms and systems.
• Assist with Active Directory management and integration, including user and group management, policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with Okta.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and implement these seamlessly within the current architecture.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Okta configurations and workflows.
• Respond promptly to incidents, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and practices in accordance with internal and external audit governing bodies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders on Okta solutions and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and implement them as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with Okta and related technologies, with a specific focus on HRaaM onboarding models, LCM/Workflows modules, SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, ServiceNow and its integration with Okta.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Good understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Proven experience with identity management, user provisioning, and access control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred:
• Okta Certified Professional or higher preferred.
