Job description

Description
Managing Attorney | Oklahoma City
Dads.Law | Oklahoma City, OK | Full Time
We are opening our Oklahoma City office, and we are hiring the attorney who will run it.
This is a founding role. You will own the courtroom, set the standard for how Dads.Law practices in the OKC metro, and build the office around you. You will carry your own caseload from day one, backed by the full infrastructure of our Tulsa headquarters: intake, marketing, billing, HR, and operations. We generate the pipeline. You win the cases and build the team that dads in OKC can count on.
We are looking for someone in it for the long haul. Dads.Law is expanding nationwide, and the attorney who builds our OKC office will grow with the firm, with a profit-sharing plan in the Oklahoma City office. This is a career move, not a landing spot.
Compensation:
$144,000 to $160,000 expected total annual compensation. Base salary starting at $125,000 plus production bonus.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Carry a full caseload of contested custody, divorce, paternity, child support, and CPS defense matters in Oklahoma County and surrounding courts.
โ€ข Serve as first chair in hearings and trials, delivering the courtroom results our reputation is built on.
โ€ข Build the firm's standing in the OKC legal community with judges, guardians ad litem, and opposing counsel.
โ€ข Work with firm intake and marketing to convert consultations into signed clients.
โ€ข Hire, supervise, and mentor associates and paralegals as the office grows.
โ€ข Work directly with firm leadership in Tulsa to shape strategy for the OKC market.
Qualifications
โ€ข Oklahoma bar license in good standing required.
โ€ข Seven or more years of family law practice with substantial contested custody litigation.
โ€ข First chair trial experience in Oklahoma district courts. Oklahoma County or Cleveland County experience strongly preferred.
โ€ข Experience supervising attorneys or legal staff.
โ€ข Genuine conviction about representing fathers. We will ask you about it directly.
โ€ข Preferred: DHS and CPS defense experience, established relationships with OKC metro guardians ad litem and family court staff.
