To thrive in Oil Safety, you need a strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment, typically supported by a relevant degree or certifications like NEBOSH or OSHA. Familiarity with safety management systems, incident reporting tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential.
