What You’ll Do Flare Construction, LLC Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the gas, oil, and civil sectors. These include powerline right‑of‑way work, substation grading, site remediation, and natural gas infrastructure such as high‑pressure gas lines, regulator stations, anomaly digs and system maintenance. The Project Manager leads project schedules, budgets, subcontractors and field teams to ensure safe, timely and cost‑effective project delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, clients and field operations to ensure alignment of scope, quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring Division‑Specific Focus (as applicable)
  • Oil & Gas Division: Natural gas infrastructure such as high‑pressure gas lines, regulator stations, anomaly digs, and system maintenance.
  • Civil Division: Powerline right‑of‑way work, substation grading and site remediation.
Project‑Specific Focus (as applicable)
  • Gas & Oil Division: Manage pipeline installations, regulator stations, anomaly digs, facility upgrades and utility relocations.
  • Civil Division: Oversee site development, grading, utility installations, roads, bridges, drainage and infrastructure projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in civil or gas/oil sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam).
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Skilled in reading construction drawings, permits and specifications.
  • Understanding of construction delivery methods, scheduling and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent field‑based or military experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
Other Requirements
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different sectors.
  • Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.
