Position Summary:
As a Management Trainee, you will begin a comprehensive and dynamic training program designed to cultivate your leadership skills and accelerate your professional development. Our two-year on the job training program presents a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our company. The program includes rotations in key areas such as Product Support, Field Service, Sales Support, Inventory Control, and Remanufacturing.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage in rotational assignments across departments
  • Participate actively in hands-on tasks, projects, and daily operations
  • Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and applying new concepts, processes, and technologies as the industry evolves
  • Prepare for future leadership roles by showcasing leadership potential, decision-making capabilities, and a commitment to the company's values and objectives
