Job Title: WCE Field Specialist
Location: Shreveport, LA 71129
Duration: 9+ Months
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hr on W2
Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off Rotation

Position Summary
The WCE Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers while ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards. This role focuses on service delivery execution, risk management, customer support, and continuous improvement initiatives in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and according to operational requirements.
  • Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.
  • Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement programs.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships while promoting company products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct self-assessments, inspections, and audits to maintain operational excellence.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Support Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality initiatives.
