This is a salaried position, as the candidate is expected to be on call and available to respond physically, if necessary, seven days a week. Physical and technical support will be available for certain projects and may sometimes include assistance from FMT, MCP, other CSSs, and occasionally, an electrician. However, I expect the hired candidate to be willing and ultimately able to perform all of the duties mentioned and more. While experience and knowledge of U-Haul business and systems is beneficial, it is not required.
