• Single point of contact and interact with customer's cross functional team for the detailed understanding of the project requirements
• Projects planning, tracking, risk management, change management
• Interact with offshore team to provide project related information and query resolution
• Prioritization of task/project, defining the scope to offshore team and customers.
• Actively participate in requirement development, technical data gathering from customer's cross functional team and finalizing RFQ.
• Support on the production documentation.
• Involve in design, implementation and issues resolution
• Update the overall project/program status to customer's senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelores in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
• A Mechanical Engineering having experience in Vehicle Electrification, Solar, BESS, Heavy Engg. Automotive, Aero, industrial products.
• A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scrum Master (CSM®), specialized in Project &
• Program Management, Servant Leadership, Team Building.
• Strong experience in preparing, implementing, monitoring project plans, and managing project deliverable approvals, project risks, issues for multiple projects within preset deadlines and standard guidelines using phased-gate process
• Successful Program / Delivery Manager in handling various Programs for Customers in North America and Europe by leading teams varying from 5 to 60 plus.
• Domain knowledge on various manufacturing technologies involved such as Plastics, Die casting parts and Sheet metal parts, review of manufacturing drawings
• Proficient in using Creo, Unigraphics, CATIA, SolidWorks & Solid Edge for design & development and PLM tools (Enovia & Windchill) for engineering change management and release process.
