Offshore Drillship Mates - Contract - Texas

Core Group Resources is seeking Drillship Mates for offshore drilling operations in Texas. These professionals will support the Master and Chief Mate in ensuring safe and efficient marine and deck operations, including bulk product handling and compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates are experienced in marine operations, possess strong leadership skills, and are committed to operational integrity and safety.

What You'll Need
  • Completion of all required training and certification for the Drillship Mate position, as outlined in the training matrix
  • Valid STCW Officer of the Watch (II/1) Certificate or higher, with current flag state endorsement
  • Valid STCW certification
  • Knowledge of all technical calculations necessary for safe marine vessel operations
  • Ability to perform emergency procedures, including evacuations and fire drills
  • Excellent knowledge of navigational systems, marine operations, and safety procedures
