Assists Customer with architecture and engineering of activities related to storage automation Assists Customer with the operational responsibility and daily administration activities at the Customer site(s) related to the storage automation and migration utilities 

Assists with documentation of policies and procedures 

Provides knowledge transfer of best practices to address Customer's skills and resource gaps to ensure the Customer obtains an operational understanding of the existing infrastructure to be successful.
