Familiarity with industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD or GIS tools) and basic understanding of offshore equipment and procedures are often required. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills are essential for integrating into multicultural and dynamic offshore environments. These competencies ensure interns can contribute effectively, learn safely, and support operational goals in challenging offshore settings.

Offshore internships can be found in industries like energy, engineering, finance, and technology, and may involve both technical and non-technical roles.
