Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support wind turbine projects through close coordination between production, installation, and quality teams. This role is responsible for overseeing daily reporting on production issues, coordinating corrective-action implementation, and ensuring alignment across field and production operations to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and execution. The ideal candidate has extensive wind turbine installation experience, solid technical knowledge, and the capacity to recognize issues and implement solutions in a collaborative, high-energy environment

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Day to day report outs from production corrective actions and implementations 
  • Coordinated events between field installation teams and production teams, alignment of where quality is going off the level, and how we apply corrective actions expediently. 
  • Close collaboration with Quality department to accurately track identified items and corrective actions. 
  • Minimum 5+ yrs experience in wind turbine generator field installation experience, including all aspects around offloading, preparation, installation of, Mechanical completion of, and Commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators. 
  • Relevant Safety training focused around GWO certifications 
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft suite, ability to plan, work and track and report within these programs.  
  • Detail oriented around technical installations 
  • Ability to view, read and understand technical schematics, including complex electrical single lines and P & ID drawings.
