Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor

  • Schedule: Offshore rotation
  • Crew Change Location: Across Gulf of Mexico Coast

Job Responsibilities
  • A member of the construction leadership team reporting to Bronco Energy Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representative.
  • Provides leadership in safe execution of work offshore and supervises multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators and riggers.
  • Coordinates daily work task for construction crew.
  • Conduct and audit JSA's and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
  • Adequate Tool House Inventory and Materials Management for job scope.

Skills & Requirements
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in Welding or Fitting or other offshore construction skilled trade.
  • Must be able to pull measurements and draw isometric drawings.
  • Competence in supervising and leading others.
  • Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preferred.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
