Commissioning Engineer (for OSS and WTGs)

Contract (April 2026 until the end of 2026 or until the end of the project)

Location: Poland

Rotation: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

Offshore Wind

Role Overview

Responsible for coordinating final testing, system validation and energisation of offshore substations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with SAP and the grid operator
  • Review protection settings and relay configuration
  • Supervise functional and integrated system testing
  • Manage the punch list prior to energisation
  • Lead first power-on procedures
Requirements
  • 7+ years in HV commissioning
  • Experience with offshore substations (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of protection systems and relay logic
  • Experience with grid synchronisation
  • Offshore certification (GWO / MEDICAL)
  • Polish is an advantage
