We are seeking reliable and detail-orientedMachine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate coating equipment to apply adhesive materials to various substrates, ensuring consistent product quality and efficient production. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and monitor adhesive coating machines (slot-die, gravure, or roll coaters)
  • Prepare and handle adhesive materials following production formulas and specifications
  • Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and coating thickness
  • Inspect coated products for quality issues (streaks, bubbles, uneven coating, etc.)
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and report major equipment problems
  • Complete production logs, batch records, and material usage documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE use
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in coating, laminating, converting, or similar manufacturing processes preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read work orders, specifications, and safety data sheets (SDS)
