Overview

- Assist in the development and implementation of media plans for clients, including analyzing the market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting media channels.

- Is aware and understands the importance of set key performance indicators and is an active member in achieving them. 

- Collaborate with other members of the planning team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.

- Support the wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches.

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.

Responsibilities

- Ability to understand the client's brief and plan media channels based on the client's objectives.

- Creating and managing MRF sheets, cooperating closely with the creative agency for timely receipt of material and go-live dates.

- Trafficking digital campaigns, connecting with TAAG team, and ensuring proper implementation.

- Following up with media and creative agencies for proper implementation of campaigns and preparing implementation reports.

- Managing campaign launches, including client expectation management.

- Ensuring timely and accurate booking by administration team.

- Preparing client status reports in the format required by the client.

- Preparing reports and optimization recommendations.

- Supervision of invoicing process.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 

- 1-2 years of experience in media planning (Offline & Online) or a related role. 

- Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.

Certifications on digital platforms is a plus.

- Familiarity with MS Office 365 software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc..).

- Knowledge on various industry digital planning tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.

- Familiarity with digital media and emerging technologies.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.

- Have a commercial mindset, able to understand the importance of driving ROI for both business partners and agency.

- Experience with various media planning and buying tools and platforms such as Z/X Plan, Statex, Global web Index(GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), Similar Web, etc.
