About Us

At Office Ally, we've been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions –from eligibility verification and claims management to revenue recovery and payment processing –that help healthcare organizations of all sizes streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues while ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Educate clients on Office Ally products, workflows, best practices, and available resources to promote successful product utilization.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within Office Ally's support platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, NiCE, and other applicable systems.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, Billing, Compliance, and other departments, to resolve client issues and improve the client experience.
  • Analyze recurring client issues and call trends, identify opportunities for process improvements, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Consistently meet established productivity, quality, service level, documentation, and compliance expectations.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience during every interaction while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need
