Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including greeting clients, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys and staff.
  • Maintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle billing and invoicing, including tracking time and expenses.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Work with staff and partners to assist in general clerical duties as needed.
