General Description
The purpose of this position is to provide office administrative support for the Registrar's Office.
Essential Job Duties
1. Provide friendly customer service by welcoming and assisting visitors in the office.
2. Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate phone messages.
3. Organize and file documents.
4. Organize and inventory office supplies.
5. Scan documents.
6. Run errands.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1. Be self-directed and motivated.
2. Adhere to strict ethical and legal requirements concerning confidentiality and protecting information.
3. Must be detail oriented.
4. Ability to interact with students, faculty and staff in a positive and effective way.
