Part-Time Law Office Assistant 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Law Office Assistant for a Law Firm company based in Winter Garden, FL. In this role, you will support a this firm and its clients by delivering prompt, professional, and knowledgeable assistance in legal matters.

Pay Range
$18 - $20 per hour 

Schedule and Hours 
This position operates Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours varying between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Law Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Experience working in a professional setting
  • Patience when working with clients
  • Administrative support tasks
Law Office Assistant Qualifications and Requirements 
 
  • 1–2 years of experience as paralegal OR law office assistant. 
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
