Rehab Aide / Front Office Support

InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated Rehab Aide / Front Office Support team member to join our rehabilitation team at Patterson Health Center in Anthony, Kansas.

This position is primarily a Rehab Aide role, with opportunities to assist our Front Office Coordinator (FOC) as needed. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants, with the potential for a part-time position to grow into a full-time opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Rehab Aide (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
  • Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of therapy spaces.
  • Prepare treatment supplies and assist with daily clinic flow.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Front Office Support

  • Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Assist with patient scheduling and therapist calendars as needed.
  • Support patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist with general office operations, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
  • Provide coverage for the Front Office Coordinator, as needed.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Healthcare, customer service, administrative, or therapy support experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
